Hello, I'm Carla, a fashion consultant, and designer who’s core design ethos is Do Better, Work Better. Sustainability is at the crux of my business, and some would say my passion for conscious design is infectious.

 

A professional since 2006, with over a decade of experience working with brands and retailers on a wide range of projects & products for Mavi Jeans, Topshop, and New Look, to name a few. I have a solid understanding of the demands of the fashion industry. Managing projects from initial conceptualization to completion, astute knowledge of the design, research, and development process, with a proven ability to creatively develop new designs. Extensive knowledge of trend forecasting, market research, fabric, colour and sustainable/green solutions all whilst keeping up to date on emerging trends and technologies, 'all the things I really enjoy'.

 

What I bring to the table is carefully considered, beautiful and impactful design, Industry-standard technical knowledge and sustainability solutions that effectively communicate your messages, projects, and strategies.

Having worked and lived internationally for most of my career in Shanghai, Hong-Kong, London, Istanbul, I have gained a unique and in-depth perspective and understanding of the industry. Now based in California, I continue my mission to drive conscious design while creating work that makes your eyes go wow and your heart go boom!
